Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (280 kcal)
- 40g feta cheese (110 kcal)
- 1 cup spinach (15 kcal)
- ¾ cup cherry tomatoes (25 kcal)
- 1½ tbsp olive oil (180 kcal)
- 1 slice whole wheat toast (120 kcal)
- Salt & pepper to taste
For Women (600 kcal)
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (210 kcal)
- 30g feta cheese (80 kcal)
- ½ cup spinach (7 kcal)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes (15 kcal)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
- ½ slice whole wheat toast (60 kcal)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Whisk eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in eggs and let cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and fold the omelette.
- Serve with whole wheat toast.
