Omelette with Feta & Spinach

For Men (800 kcal)

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs (280 kcal)
  • 40g feta cheese (110 kcal)
  • 1 cup spinach (15 kcal)
  • ¾ cup cherry tomatoes (25 kcal)
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil (180 kcal)
  • 1 slice whole wheat toast (120 kcal)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For Women (600 kcal)

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs (210 kcal)
  • 30g feta cheese (80 kcal)
  • ½ cup spinach (7 kcal)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (15 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
  • ½ slice whole wheat toast (60 kcal)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Whisk eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in eggs and let cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese and fold the omelette.
  6. Serve with whole wheat toast.
