Shrimp Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients:

  • 120g shrimp, peeled (110 kcal)
  • ¾ cup cooked brown rice (165 kcal)
  • ¾ cup bell peppers, sliced (30 kcal)
  • ¾ cup broccoli florets (40 kcal)
  • 1½ tsp sesame oil (60 kcal)
  • 1½ tbsp soy sauce (15 kcal)
  • 1½ tsp garlic, minced (10 kcal)
  • 1½ tsp ginger, minced (5 kcal)
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil (180 kcal)

For Women (600 kcal)

Ingredients:

  • 80g shrimp, peeled (75 kcal)
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice (110 kcal)
  • ½ cup bell peppers, sliced (20 kcal)
  • ½ cup broccoli florets (25 kcal)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (40 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (10 kcal)
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced (5 kcal)
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced (3 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp, garlic, and ginger; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked brown rice.
