Ingredients:
- 80g shrimp, peeled (75 kcal)
- ½ cup cooked brown rice (110 kcal)
- ½ cup bell peppers, sliced (20 kcal)
- ½ cup broccoli florets (25 kcal)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (40 kcal)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (10 kcal)
- 1 tsp garlic, minced (5 kcal)
- 1 tsp ginger, minced (3 kcal)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, garlic, and ginger; cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked brown rice.
