Refund & Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Eligibility: Customers in Greece and Cyprus have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

Exceptions: Due to health and safety regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened or used food supplements.
  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products that are perishable or have a short expiration date.
  • Products that are not returned in the original package

 

Process: Customers must inform us of their return request via email at info@nutrialand.com before sending the item back.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging and in resellable condition.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees and any handling costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to: Archiepiskopou Makariou III 53, 4651, Limassol, Cyprus.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

Resolution: We will offer a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for incorrect or faulty items.
