Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 8:00 AM (Cyprus time) on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and subject to courier schedules.
Estimated delivery times are: Cyprus: 1-3 business days, Greece: 3-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Additional Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.
Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the final order value after any discounts, coupons or promotional offers have been applied.
We currently ship only to Cyprus and Greece.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or refusal to accept delivery.
Where an order contains multiple products, deliveries may arrive in separate parcels.
We reserve the right to modify shipping methods, delivery partners, charges and free-shipping thresholds at any time. The shipping rates displayed at checkout will apply to the order being placed.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be missing items, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt.
Where possible, please include photographs of the package and products to assist our investigation.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
