Ingredients:
- 130g lean ground beef (325 kcal)
- ¾ cup cooked quinoa (165 kcal)
- ¾ cup roasted sweet potatoes (75 kcal)
- 1½ tbsp Greek yogurt (15 kcal)
- ¾ tsp cumin (7 kcal)
- ¾ tsp paprika (7 kcal)
- 1½ tsp olive oil (60 kcal)
- Salt & pepper to taste
For Women (600 kcal)
Ingredients:
- 100g lean ground beef (250 kcal)
- ½ cup cooked quinoa (110 kcal)
- ½ cup roasted sweet potatoes (50 kcal)
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (10 kcal)
- ½ tsp cumin (5 kcal)
- ½ tsp paprika (5 kcal)
- 1 tsp olive oil (40 kcal)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a pan and cook ground beef with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Roast sweet potatoes in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, layer quinoa, beef, and roasted sweet potatoes.
- Drizzle with Greek yogurt and serve.
