Ingredients:
- 100g halloumi cheese, sliced (325 kcal)
- ¾ zucchini, sliced (30 kcal)
- ¾ red bell pepper, sliced (30 kcal)
- ¾ eggplant, sliced (35 kcal)
- 1½ tbsp olive oil (180 kcal)
- 1½ tbsp balsamic glaze (45 kcal)
- Salt & pepper to taste
For Women (600 kcal)
Ingredients:
- 80g halloumi cheese, sliced (260 kcal)
- ½ zucchini, sliced (20 kcal)
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced (20 kcal)
- ½ eggplant, sliced (25 kcal)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (30 kcal)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush halloumi slices and vegetables with olive oil.
- Grill halloumi for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Grill vegetables for 4-5 minutes per side until tender.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
