Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (206 kcal)
  • ½ banana, sliced (50 kcal)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (40 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped (90 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp honey (60 kcal)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (40 kcal)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add cottage cheese.
  2. Top with banana slices, berries, walnuts, and chia seeds.
  3. Drizzle with honey.
