Ingredients:
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla (180 kcal)
- 120g turkey breast, sliced (140 kcal)
- ½ avocado, mashed (120 kcal)
- 1 cup lettuce (10 kcal)
- 4 slices tomato (15 kcal)
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (10 kcal)
- 1 tsp mustard (5 kcal)
- 1 tsp olive oil (40 kcal)
- Salt & pepper to taste
For Women (600 kcal)
Ingredients:
- 1 medium whole wheat tortilla (150 kcal)
- 80g turkey breast, sliced (100 kcal)
- ⅓ avocado, mashed (80 kcal)
- ½ cup lettuce (5 kcal)
- 3 slices tomato (10 kcal)
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (10 kcal)
- ½ tsp mustard (2 kcal)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Lay the tortilla flat on a plate.
- Spread Greek yogurt and mustard over the surface.
- Layer lettuce, turkey slices, tomato, and mashed avocado.
- Drizzle olive oil (for the men’s version).
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll tightly and slice in half before serving.
