Turkey & Avocado Wrap

For Men (800 kcal)

Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla (180 kcal)
  • 120g turkey breast, sliced (140 kcal)
  • ½ avocado, mashed (120 kcal)
  • 1 cup lettuce (10 kcal)
  • 4 slices tomato (15 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (10 kcal)
  • 1 tsp mustard (5 kcal)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (40 kcal)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For Women (600 kcal)

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium whole wheat tortilla (150 kcal)
  • 80g turkey breast, sliced (100 kcal)
  • ⅓ avocado, mashed (80 kcal)
  • ½ cup lettuce (5 kcal)
  • 3 slices tomato (10 kcal)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (10 kcal)
  • ½ tsp mustard (2 kcal)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a plate.
  2. Spread Greek yogurt and mustard over the surface.
  3. Layer lettuce, turkey slices, tomato, and mashed avocado.
  4. Drizzle olive oil (for the men’s version).
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Roll tightly and slice in half before serving.
